1. Introduction
1.1 In this contract, ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Roma’s Collection.
1.2 If you buy goods on our site, you agree to be legally bound by this contract.
1.3 You may only buy goods from our site for non-business reasons.
1.4 This contract is only available in English.
2. Ordering Goods From Us
2.1 Below, we set out how a legally binding contract between you and us is made.
2.2 You must register on the site with accurate, current, and complete information. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2.3 You place an order by adding selected item(s) to your shopping bag and proceeding to checkout.
2.3.1 When you place an order (by clicking “Pay”), we’ll acknowledge by email. This is not acceptance.
2.3.2 We may contact you to say your order is not accepted, for reasons such as:

Goods are unavailable

Payment cannot be authorized

You are not allowed to buy from us

We cannot sell to you

You've ordered too many items

Pricing or description errors
2.3.3 We will accept your order by emailing a Confirmation Email, at which point:

A legally binding contract exists

We will dispatch the goods or inform you of estimated dispatch
3. Delivery & Cancellation
3.1 Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. The contract is complete upon order receipt.
3.2 Delivery is made using the method you select during checkout.
3.3 Estimated delivery dates are in the status update email; they are not guaranteed.
3.4 If no one is available to take delivery:

Cancel the order

Refund the payment
3.5 We may deliver your order in instalments.
4. Payment
4.1 Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, and PayPal.
4.2 We use secure encrypted payment mechanisms. We're not liable for unauthorized access unless due to our negligence.
4.3 Your card is charged at the time of placing the order.
4.4 Prices are displayed in your selected currency; any additional card provider charges are your responsibility.
4.5 If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may:

Modify the price accordingly
4.6 Delivery cost is not included in the product price.
5. Nature of the Goods
5.1 Sizes, weights, and measurements may vary slightly from what’s shown online.
5.2 Colour accuracy depends on your display screen and may vary.
5.3 Many garments are hand-embroidered or hand-finished. Small irregularities are not faults. Delicate fabrics like chiffon/georgette may be susceptible to wear.
5.4 Packaging may differ from website images.
6. Made-to-Measure & Altered Garments
6.1 Custom garments are made as per the specifications you provide.
6.2 For changes, contact us at sales@romascollection.com as soon as possible. If garments haven't been dispatched, we’ll try to accommodate changes (an additional fee may apply).
7. Returns or Exchanges
7.1 Returns/refunds are only accepted for faulty goods, reported within 7 days of delivery.
7.2 If goods are faulty, we may offer:

Repair

Replacement

Full refund (including delivery cost)
7.3 To initiate a return, contact sales@romascollection.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
7.4 Repaired or replaced goods will be shipped to you free of cost.
7.5 Refunds will be made to your original payment method only if the outfit is unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.
8. End of the Contract
If the contract ends, it does not affect our right to receive any amounts owed to us.
9. Our Responsibility to You
9.1 We’re not responsible for:

Unforeseeable losses

Losses not caused by our breach

Business-related losses
9.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods plus delivery, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Disputes
10.1 We aim to resolve disputes quickly.
10.2 Contact us if you are unhappy with our goods or service.
11. Content
All site content (images, text, videos, music) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
12. Third Party Rights
Only parties to this contract may enforce its terms.
13. Amendments to Terms
We may change these terms anytime. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued site use means you accept updated terms.
14. Discounts & Promotions
Discounts vary and apply as per the final invoice.
We do not offer price adjustments on items bought during sales or promotions.

15. Gift Cards
Gift e-cards:
