Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order by emailing us at 📧 sales@romascollection.com before the order has been processed.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Roma’s Collection reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• The item is out of stock

• Pricing or listing errors

• Credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution

In such cases, you will be notified via email, and any payment made will be refunded in full to your original method of payment.
