How do I make a purchase?
Currently, if you are ordering from within Pakistan, you can place your order in Pakistani Rupees. When ordering from outside Pakistan, you can only pay in US Dollars, Dirhams, or Pounds.
Which countries does Roma's Collection ship to?
Roma's Collection ships worldwide.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery.
Why did the product in my shopping bag disappear?
Please note that placing an item in your shopping bag does not count as a confirmed purchase. It’s possible that someone else checked out the item before you completed your transaction, and the product is now out of stock. If this happens, you can check back later and place a new order when the item becomes available again.
Is my package insured, and do I need to sign for my order?
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Roma's Collection to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered. To ensure safe delivery, we require a signature for all orders and do not authorize delivery without one.
Does Roma's Collection ship to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you’d like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel an item, change the size, or update your billing/shipping details. Online payment-based orders can only be cancelled within 7 days of placement. Please note that we are unable to combine orders or add items to an existing order after it has been placed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order ID and a Confirmation Email. You can use this ID to track your order online or by signing into your account on our website. If you're not a registered customer, you may contact our Customer Care via phone or email with your tracking number to check the status of your order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. In the rare event of a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact our customer service team. Customers can either exchange the product or receive Online Store Credit for the same amount (excluding shipping).
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
We do not offer refunds. However, we provide Online Store Credit equal to the product’s value (minus shipping costs), which can be used for future purchases. This is applicable only if the item is returned within 7 days and meets our return conditions.
There is a fault with the product. What should I do?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incomplete, please contact our customer service team. You can either exchange the product or receive Online Store Credit for the same amount (excluding shipping).
How do I buy a gift card?
Roma's Collection currently does not offer a gift card service.
